Biden strengthens the Immigration Delivery System
For decades, Americans have been told, “The immigration system is broken.”
This claim is supported by the presence of the many millions of “undocumented immigrants” who live and work in the United States in violation of our immigration laws. These laws were made to protect the public health, national security, public safety, jobs and wages of Americans.
However, you will probably be shocked to hear that, in my opinion, the immigration system has not been broken. What was originally created to protect America and Americans has turned into a delivery system.
My three-decade career with the US Immigration and Naturalization Service (the INS ceased to exist in 2003, whose functions were divided into offices of the Department of Homeland Security) has given me a unique perspective on immigration.
Over time, I’ve found that the immigration system is evolving (or should I say it is evolving?) That doesn’t focus on protecting public health, national security, public safety, jobs and wages the American is focused but has become a delivery system that provides a virtually unlimited supply of cheap and easily exploitable foreign labor. Not only am I referring to the illegal aliens doing low-skilled physical jobs, but the ever-growing number of highly skilled workers entering the United States on a variety of visas that allow them to legally enter the United States work.
There is a long list of stakeholders, industry leaders, and others who benefit from open borders and access to large numbers of foreigners eager to make large campaign contributions (Orwellian Newspeak for bribes) to politicians who place their bids. Because of this, President Trump was unable to get funding for the border wall when Republicans controlled both the Senate and the House of Representatives.
These corruptors are getting the best government money they can buy!
Indeed, comprehensive immigration reform is not really geared towards bringing foreigners “out of the shadows” as politicians claim, but rather getting them into the waiting rooms of immigration law firms. In addition to foreign workers, the system also offers a practically unlimited supply of foreign tourists, foreign students and, for the benefit of the lawyers of both political parties, an unlimited supply of customers for their companies.
Traditionally, when crime increases, the government devotes more resources to combat it. If our politicians really wanted to fix an immigration system they believed was broken, they would hire ICE agents to pull the aliens out of the shadows and prevent violations of our immigration laws. But hiring additional agents is the only thing neither party would ever do.
However, if you thought the immigration system was broken before then, consider where we are now, just a few months after the Biden administration began. What would have been unthinkable just last year is now the “new normal”.
On March 19, the Washington Post reported that due to the crisis on the Mexican border, the CBP asked to fly migrants to the Canadian border for processing. On March 21, 2021, Fox News reported that CBP had released illegal frontier workers in the Rio Grande Valley with no court date. The subtitle of this worrying report, “The unprecedented move transfers responsibility to an asylum hearing of migrants”, ignores how this situation threatens national security, public safety and the general notion of national sovereignty.
It is clear that what exactly many see as the crisis on the southern border is indeed a great success in the eyes of the radical Biden government. This is evident, based on statements made by Joe Biden even before he was sworn in as president, based on calls by democratic radicals to dismantle immigration and customs control, and based on Biden’s choice of Alejandro Mayorkas, with his troubled past, to lead the DHS. The mass media has apparently ignored the link between immigration failure and national security, as clearly stated on September 11th Commission reportand its companion report, “9/11 and Terrorist Travel: Staff Report of the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks on the United States”.
The latter report looked at the importance of enforcing our immigration laws from within the United States. Page 54 contained this excerpt under the title “3.2 Terrorist Travel Tactics by Plot”.
Although there is evidence that some land and sea borders (by terrorists) have been entered without inspection, these conspirators undermined the legal entry system mainly by entering at airports.
In doing so, they relied on a variety of fraudulent documents, on aliases and on corruption in the government. Since terrorist operations were not suicide missions in the early to mid-1990s, terrorists and their supporters once attempted in the United States to obtain legal immigration status that allowed them to stay here, mainly by committing serial or repeated immigration fraud by claiming political asylum and by marrying Americans. Many of these tactics would go largely unchanged and undetected through the 1990s and until the 9/11 attack.
The abuse of the immigration system and the lack of enforcement of internal immigration regulations therefore inadvertently worked together to support terrorist activities. It would remain largely unknown as no US government agency analyzed terrorist travel patterns until after September 11th. This lack of attention resulted in critical opportunities to disrupt terrorism and, hence, deadly terrorist operations being missed.
In February the Epoch times reported, “Terror threat across the southern border” is increasing and escalating, “says expert.” And the Washington Times reported that 11 Iranians were arrested in Arizona after crossing the border from Mexico. As more and more border guards are deployed to look after unaccompanied minors, the number of agents standing at the border continues to decrease. This makes it easier for smugglers to bring more and more narcotics, criminals and terrorists into the United States.
While a lot is being done about how many aliens are arrested on terror watch lists, no one knows who it is Not getting caught. In addition, not all terrorists are on watch lists. Many are unknown to our law enforcement and secret services by then after this an attack. In addition, under Biden’s guidelines, ICE agents are not allowed to arrest illegal aliens unless they are considered “serious offenders”.
The fact that the Border Patrol is now releasing aliens without delivering Notices to Appear (NTAs) with hearing appointments is unprecedented. Yet even before this most recent example of the collapse of the immigration system under President Biden, foreigners served with NTAs were given hearings in years, and ICE lacks the agents to search for foreigners who do not appear for them on court hearings.
Under President Biden, the United States is rapidly becoming a borderless country. This is crazy and dangerous beyond your imagination and is in violation of Article IV, Section 4 of the Constitution, which states, “The United States guarantees every state in this union a republican form of government and protects each of them from invasion. ”
Under the policies of the Biden administration, the immigration system, which President Trump tried to repair with some success, is crumbling. Still, Biden and his staff steadfastly refused to describe the collapse of the immigration system along the Mexican border as a “crisis”. Additionally, Biden and his officers inexplicably blame Trump’s policies for the current state of affairs they have created.
What many fail to understand is that Biden, Secretary Mayorkas, and other members of the administration view the human tsunami of unaccompanied minors and the gathering of caravans of illegal aliens as a great success rather than a failure. Many believe that the Democratic Party leaders are trying to import large numbers of immigrants who would ultimately vote for their candidates. What most fail to realize is that the Democrats’ obvious plan is far worse.
My father used to say that you can turn capitalists into communists by taking their money away.
The inundation of America with millions of foreign workers leads to wage suppression and massive unemployment for Americans. Meanwhile, the cost of housing and other essentials is rising due to the simple economics of supply and demand. This is destroying the middle class and forcing more and more Americans to seek government support. Democrats are more than ready to offer handouts as more Americans become dependent on various government-run economic aid programs.
It is now clear that the morally bankrupt Biden government is ready to destroy America and pose deadly threats to Americans if they are to blindly seize power for the foreseeable future. What a bleak and dangerous future that would be.
