Biden used cheat sheets during his first press conference
New photos reveal several cheat sheets President Joe Biden used during his press conference Thursday – including one with the headshots and names of the reporters he tried to call.
The president also used notes to provide facts about U.S. infrastructure, an area of policy that Biden focused on during his early White House tenure.
“The United States now ranks 13th in the world for infrastructure quality – after 5th in 2002,” it said in one point.
The press pool at Thursday’s press conference, the first Biden held since taking office 65 days ago, was limited to 25 reporters.
Biden only answered questions from a list of journalists whose names and sales outlets he read from a cue card.
A photo of the map shows numbers circled around selected reporters.
