An unknown number of un-ticketed fans stormed a security gate in front of the stadium and overwhelmed security guards as they tried to get inside.

A video shows how the storming fans are violent, hitting and kicking other fans.

It seems that hundreds of fans were able to pass the first security checkpoints. A statement from a Wembley spokesman said no fans could get into the actual stadium.

“We are dealing with an incident that took place in the other security area of ​​the stadium with the support of the police. The security measures were activated quickly in the relevant areas and there were no security breaches by people entering the stadium without tickets.”

Wembley officials eventually released a new statement confirming that fans had broken into the stadium without a ticket.
