On board the USS Ross during military exercises in the Black Sea as surveillance of the Russian Navy

CBS News had access to a US military exercise in the Black Sea that was the scene of a confrontation between the Russian military and a British warship just days earlier. Holly Williams was aboard the USS Ross for a live-fire military exercise with 28 U.S. allies while Russia watched, four Russian ships take turns shadowing the USS Ross and Russian fighter jets repeatedly circled nearby.
